This symposium is the first of its kind in St. Lucia and is important for our Caribbean women.  Many of our women face the same daily struggles and have no outlet or place to turn for assistance, advice, direction and guidance.  We lack effective support systems for our women and therefore many internalize their issues or ignore it.  This symposium serves as a day of inspiration, enlightenment, knowledge and bonding for women, a day of valuable information that will inspire and motivate women to develop the potential within themselves.
