Communication is the basis for life. When communication fails, abnormality sets in. This principle was demonstrated this week in New York with a decision, seemingly influenced by the Caribbean diplomatic corps, to retain the services of a "mainstream" public relations firm to communicate to members of the Diaspora and the Black media. |
