Interview with Kitson Blissett - Trading and Technical Manager of SGL Holdings Inc.
What is the history of
SGL Holdings Inc.?
SGL Holdings Inc. is a
company incorporated in
accordance with the laws
of Grenada in July of
2006. The genesis of the
idea to build this business
began when the principals
initiated discussions for a
new business venture that
would involve currency
trading in Grenada. The
principals (are) were all
involved in the currency
trading or Foreign
Exchange (Forex) market
and have experienced
more than satisfactory
returns. Currency trading
is the largest financial
market in the world. In
the United States, the initial
investment required
to participate in the Forex
market can sometimes be
greater than US$20,
000.00 dollars. Realizing
that, SGL Holdings Inc.
was created to be the vehicle
that would allow
investors to create individual
wealth without initially
having to have large
sums of money, hence the
low initial investment
required to open an
account.
Who are the founders of
the Company?
SGL Holdings Inc. was
founded by Dr. Sylvene
Blissett, Mr. Glenn
Clement and Mr. Lester
Clyne all of whom are
Caribbean nationals. Dr.
Blissett is a successful
Physical Therapist, an
Associate Professor at a
College in New York City,
a successful real estate
investor and a Forex
investor. Dr. Blissett will
soon be relocating to
Grenada as she has
recently purchased a home
in St. Georges. Mr. Glen
Clement, a native of Petit
Martinique, is the owner
of several businesses in
the tri-island state, one of
which provides transportation
(ferry service)
between Carriacou and
Grenada, The “Osprey
Lines Ltd”. Mr. Lester
Clyne is the CEO of “CTech
Ltd.,” one of the
largest security companies
in Grenada. Mr. Clyne’s
customers represent some
of the most successful
businesses in Grenada.
Mr. Clyne was born in
Carriacou, where he
attended primary school
and then moved to Grenada
with his family where
he attended high school.
Mr. Clyne migrated to the
United States where he
attended college and
worked in the security
industry gaining the experience
he needed to open
his own business in
Grenada.
What service (s) does
the Company provide
to the Grenadian people?
SGL Holdings Inc. will
provide the citizens of the
tri-island state an opportunity
to create financial
freedom or simply put,
wealth by having their
money earn significant
gains monthly, via the
Forex market. SGL Holdings
Inc will be the local
office where individuals
will conduct transactions
as it relates to investments
in the Forex market.
The company has
plans to eventually bring
the educational and /or
training aspect of currency
trading to Grenada so as
to enlighten the people of
the tri-islands state about
the Forex market.

Simply put, anyone who

is protected?

SGL Holdings Inc. are
assured that as much as
80% of their investment is
protected. Our trading
partners are currently
averaging 8% per month.
While past performances
does not guarantee future
results, if one earns 8%
per month for three (3)
months his/her return
would be 24% over a three
(3) months period. Therefore
the investor would
have earned more than it
is possible to lose.
What are your expectations
for the Company?
SGL Holdings Inc. will
facilitate the creation of
wealth for all investors
from the tri-island state of
Grenada, Carriacou, and
Petit-Martinique. This
will positively impact the
spending power of our
investors without creating
debt. Investors may
choose to use their profits
to seek improved lifestyles
in areas of health, education,
housing and or commerce.
The increased
spending power will generate
more jobs and a
greater tax base for the
Government. SGL Holdings
Inc. expects to grow
and become fully integrated
into the financial fabric
of the tri-island state. As
the customer base grows,
SGL Holdings Inc. will
need to hire more staff to
provide customer service
and to service our communication
technology hub.
As SGL Holdings Inc.
grows, the company has
plans to provide direct
assistance in the care of
our less fortunate citizens,
thus making a positive
impact.
How challenging is it to
provide the service to
the Grenadian people?
As you well know, there is
always some hesitation
when change is introduced.
Grenadians, like
so many of us, have been
taught for generations “to
work hard, save, spend
wisely and all will be
well.” The statement may
be somewhat quite valid.
However experience has
taught us that to move forward
in life, one MUST
take some calculated
risks. Investing in the
Forex market is one good
example of using some of
our hard-earned money to
work for us so as to gain
substantial dividends.
Thus far, Grenadians, who
are investors of SGL Holdings
Inc., have shown a
great level of sophistication
in their knowledge of
finance and a high confidence
level in currency

(5) years. With the implementation

of CSME on the horizon,

months?
