Terra Caribbean’s commercial property management portfolio has included The Esplanade Mall in the town of St. George. We presently manage The GCNA Commercial Complex in Lagoon Road and Horizon Plaza on St. John’s Street. Commercial services may vary depending on the size of property and needs of the owners. As part of our portfolio we have commissioned, established and maintained the operations of the malls; liaised with attorneys and other agencies, subcontractors and stakeholders; collected rents and other revenues; marketed the concepts of the malls; maintained and refurbished as required via sub contractors; provided advice and consultancy as required by owner; maintained tenant bases; worked with the owners to find tenants and provided monthly / quarterly regular reports to owners.
